SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer free shipping on every order in the United States! We also have multiple shipping options to make sure your gifts arrive on time. Please note that the deadline for certain items—including custom orders—are different from those for general merchandise because some items cannot be expedited. To make sure your gift selection will arrive on time, always check the shipping details located on the specific product page.

Free standard shipping orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Mondays- Fridays) of purchase.  Processing time for custom made and pre-order may take longer. Orders of in-stock items will take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive within the US. Please note that we currently do not ship to a P.O. Box delivery address and the order will be cancelled.  If orders are not in stock, recipients should expect 6-8 weeks for their order to arrive. Any custom ordered pieces, such as create your own engagement ring, earrings or pendants may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.  Orders must be delivered to street addresses.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship time.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number that allows you to track your order. 

If the value of your order exceeds $100.00, a signature will be required for delivery. It is required that someone should be there to sign for the package.  If the value of your order is under $100.00, there is no signature required. You may have your purchase shipped to your work place or arrange to have it picked up at a USPS or Fed Ex location if you are unavailable for home delivery. USPS & Fed Ex will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package to the sender.





 

Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution center. Inclement weather conditions or holiday busy seasons may delay or postpone deliveries due to circumstances beyond the control of Tulcy.com.  We will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges in those instances.

Orders are processed from Mondays through Fridays except on major Holidays. If you placed your order on a Saturday, Sunday, Holiday or after the cut off time 4 pm Eastern time, your order will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders will begin processing the same day if your order is received by 4 pm Eastern time
  • Orders will begin processing the next business day  when your order is received  after  4 pm Eastern time
  • Orders will begin processing the following Monday  when your order is received  after  4 pm Eastern time on Fridays
  • All orders are subject to credit and address verification
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You will be notified via e-mail if the item you have ordered is  not available for immediate shipment
  • No orders from outside the US can be accepted

Each item will be shipped to you in a beautiful box with a decorative ribbon. No gift-wrap is necessary with Tulcy.com distinctive and beautifully presented packaging. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure safe shipping. Whether your order is for yourself or for a loved one, the presentation of each item upon arrival will be sure to impress the receiver.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Second Business Day delivery is available for a $10 shipping fee. To expedite a Gift Card to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 1-800-576-9044 to place your order; allow 1 extra business day for shipping. E-Gift Cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit approval. International customers cannot purchase or redeem Gift Cards online at this time.
