Below we have provided a mini care guide for maintaining your jewelry. In addition, at Tulcy.com, we will also repair any piece of jewelry that fall within our repair guidelines or warranty.
While jewelry is a part of our daily wear and routine, it also leads to it being mishandled many times. Therefore, we recommend that our customer take precaution when wearing their fine jewelry piece. Avoid wearing jewelry during manual tasks, prevent exposure to harsh chemicals, avoid wearing it in swimming pools and spas and be careful to remove all jewelry before playing any sport.
Please remove all jewelry before bathing or showering as the soap can leave a film which causes jewelry to lose its luster. To clean, we recommend using a jewelry cloth that can gently remove any film without damaging the fine jewelry piece.
Commerical solutions can also be helpful and you may purchase one here or from any reputable jeweler.
In most cases, warm water should be sufficient to clean your jewelry.
At Tulcy.com, we also provide a free cleaning service and you are welcome to send your jewelry in to us with a prepaid return label. We will inspect, clean and tighten any lose gemstones or settings to ensure that your jewelry piece is in perfect condition. You may take advantage of this complimentary service as many times as you like.
We recommend that you inspect your jewelry regular and as this may prevent more issues at a later date. We also recommend having your jewelry checked on a yearly basis to ensure that all the settings are in perfect condition. This can be done at a local jeweler or for free at Tulcy.com.

Should you feel that your jewelry item is in need of repair; our experts are on call to assist you.
First step: Contact our office via phone or email and explain your situation.
Second step: Our associate will respond back within 24 – 48 hours detailing a solution. If your item is covered under warranty or our guarantee, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. If the item is not covered, we will work with you to arrive at an economical solution to help you enjoy your jewelry purchase as quickly as possible.
Third step: Once you receive instructions from us, please follow through and send the item to our office. Please note that all items sent to our office must have an RMA number written on the outside of the box. Any package that is sent to our office without this number will be refused due to security concerns.
Fourth step: Once the item arrives at our office, our expert will examine the item and depending on the situation, may proceed with repair or have someone reach out to you.
Fifth step: Once the item is repaired, it will be shipped back to you. If the value is over $100, the item will require signature confirmation and someone will need to sign for it.
Sixth step: You receive your jewelry piece and enjoy it
