However, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase,we are more than happy to accommodate you. Our goal is always customer satisfaction and therefore our aim to make this process as simple as possible. For a brief summary of our return policy, please see below:
We provide a 30 day, NO QUESTIONS ASKED return and exchange policy. What this means is that you have 30 days from the day you receive your item (based on the tracking information provided to us by the shipping company) to ship it out to us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. System Processing of returns/exchanges occurs Monday through Friday and only orders received on the weekend/holiday will be processed when the office reopens on the next business day.
Please follow the steps below carefully in order for your return to be processed correctly. Failure to do so will prevent your return or exchange from being processed.
Please note that return or exchange of products that have custom engraving, show signs of wear, are damaged, altered or re-sized by any jeweler (other than Tulcy.com) will not be accepted. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. You may however exchange them for something else.
In order for us to process your return/exchange, please call our office at1-800-576-9044 and speak to one of our customer service representatives. Please explain your issue and ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Then please list that number on top of the packaging as well as on the invoice. This will allow a smooth return/exchange.
All Qualifying orders (Item value must be over $1000.00) include a pre-paid USPS return label so you can easily send us your purchase. Please include your invoice and packing slip. Include a brief description for reason for return or exchange. Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

When shipping products that are less than $500.00, you will be required to pay for shipping fees and or any other services required. We recommend you add a signature confirmation and insurance to the package for safety precautions and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Tulcy.com. You can use any courier service you prefer (USPS, FED EX, UPS). Please enclose any certificates and packing slip that were mailed with the product.
You will receive an email notification from Tulcy.com when we receive your return/exchange. After we receive the product, our quality assurance department will review the returned item. Cancel Or Change An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-576-9044 or go online, log into your account and go to my account, order history and click on the cancel request button. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received. We will attempt to accomodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. We are unable to accomodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return (Claim number) once you have received the shipment.
